At Design Motel, every item is made just for you when your order is placed.
Because our products are created on-demand, we aren’t able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or color, or simply changing your mind. Please double-check product details before placing an order.
That said, we want you to love what you receive.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives incorrect, damaged or flawed in the manufacturing process, we’re here to make it right. We offer a free replacement or a full refund on items with quality issues reported within 30 days of delivery. To help us help you quickly, please contact us via the form below.
Please include the following:
• Your order number.
• A brief description of the issue.
• A clear photo showing the problem.
It’s not required to return the damaged item.
Undeliverable or Failed Deliveries
We rely on accurate addresses to ensure that your order arrives at the intended location. If an order is returned to the sender due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the following options apply:
1) At the request of the buyer, the order may be resent and the buyer charged for the additional shipping cost.
2) A refund for the cost of the product—minus the shipping charge—will be issued if the incorrect address is the customer’s error.
3) If an error in shipping is due to the factory or the shipping provider, customers are entitled to either a full refund or a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
